I'm not in San Jose either and they have been calling me several times a day for the past week, and sometimes past 8pm! It's ridiculous and annoying and needs to stop.
They just called me. Hung up as soon as i picked up..
If its telemarketing why do they hang up as soon as I pick up? everytime? Those who think its SJ Mercury news is because they called back the number, and thats why it says when you call it. But they never actually say anything. I've had tele marketing calls from SJ Mercury, and they stopped when i put my number on the do not call list.
