Received a call at 9:15 AM on 7 May 2018. I answered with a "hello" which caught the call off-guard, he awkwardly said hello? back then hung up (almost like he didn't expect someone to answer and when I did, he didn't have his spam message at the tip of his tongue so he gave up). If I had to guess, I would classify this as just your average spam call.
