I was just called yesterday and I answered it, a woman answered and said that she was from the Star Tribune and was trying to sell newspaper to me, I then told her that I worked for a government agency and you can't solicit us and she said that she was sorry and we hung up. It seems like it is a telemarketing firm for newspapers, that looks up your area code and then corresponds it to your area paper. Probably not going to call again I hope.
