Same happened here. They called. I didn't answer. Saw their Caller ID Wind River. Hit the BLOCK CALL IMMEDIATELY AND FOREVER button. All gone. No more. Likely fraud. Beware. Don't let these a**holes empty your bank account into theirs. We are onto them.
I used to wait til people like this neglected to leave a message. I don't even do that anymore. I just hit the magic button. If they are legit, they will know how to reach me via snail-mail. Nothing lost.
Left no message. As previous respondent said, if they don't leave a message their number is blocked since I assume they have no legitimate business with me.
