I've received two calls from this number the past two days, the caller ID reads "newspaper".  I answered the first one and it was a recording about my credit card. Telling me there was nothing wrong with my account but they'd like to discuss my interest rate. I was then connected to a live person who immediately asked if I had over $25,000 in credit debt and when I answered "no" they just hung up.  Apparently my not having that high of credit debt didn't deter them because they called again today when I as not home.
