They called me last night, threatening legal actions. My response was they are scammers & I know their scam, please lose my number. And I hung up. 30 seconds later the same guy called back. Asked why I hung up. Told him I was reporting him to law enforcement locally. His response was legal action has been filed & to enjoy jail! Gutsy little fellow!!

So that's what she was saying. I just got this same call on my land line (there's a reason I screen on it) and, with that accent and bad grammar, I couldn't understand all of it. First couple times listening to it, I got hung up on her name being "Diana Foster" with that accent.
GOT A MESSAGE THIS MORNING FOR A DIANA FOSTER @408-543-9125 CALLED HER BACK SHE SAID IT WAS REGARDING AN I.R.S PROBLEM WITH MY TAXES. SHE WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME THEY HAD TRYED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS MATTER I ASKED HER HOW SHE TRIED AND TOLD HER WAS THIS BY US MAIL CERT. LETTER SHE WOULD NOT SAY. THEN GOT MAD AT ME AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO PUT OUT A BENCH WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST SEIZE MY CHECKING ACCT, I TOLD HER NO INFORMATION AND SHE GOT MAD AT ME THIS IS A SCAM I HAVE CONTACTED MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT AND CONTACTED MY BANK....
DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO ANYBODY IF IT IS A REAL THING THEY WOULD HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION!!!
I just received almost the exact same message today. Same name as well of Diana Foster and same return number. I flat out said "This reeks of a scam" and I hung up on her.
Earlier this week i received a call for my wife in her maiden name with this scam. He called himself Aaron Rodger. I just received the same call from this 408 number by Diana Foster claiming they had sent three notices to me about a claim filed against me and I had not done anything about it. She didn't get to the part of sending the police since I was reversing the conversation back to her.
