They call 4 and 5 times a day, I have expressed that I am not interested and they are rude, so I no longer answer they hang on long enough for the answer machine to pick up sometimes it does not disconnect tying up my phone line.
They are scammers calling from outside the US. The Do Not Call list law can't be enforced outside the US.
I assume they are calling your cell phone. Your cell provider probably offers Call Blocking. Contact them for details. Or download a call blocking ap. Or put them in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring".
If they are calling your home land line you can buy a call blocker for less than $75 at Amazon or Best Buy.
