I've been divorced over 20 years and this scammer asked for my ex-wife's name and I couldn't believe it. I live in Fremont somehow they have my personal information.
These creeps are now spoofing directory assistance. That's new, to me. I picked up the call, for yuks. The autodialer beeped, followed by an inebriated sounding person who asked, "How are ya, Henry?" No one named Henry has ever used this phone number. I said again, "Hello?" The fellow said "Henry? Henry? [pause, then] [My name]? [My name]? [My name]?" I responded with "You've reached the person to whom you are speaking." The troll then hung up.
