No one. the "555" prefix in any area code (408 in this case) belongs to the phone company
for their exclusive use. They are not given out as actual numbers. Those criminals; whoever
they are, have spoofed a phone company number. Whatever they are selling; is probably
BS as well.
Don't answer or give them anything. It is clearly a scam.
555-8164 like said, are phone company directory assistance prefixes....this case, 408 area code.
The 555 prefix will NEVER belong to any person or business other than the phone company! Obviously scammers....blow a whistle LOUDLY into the phone! Bas***ds! So much for the phony DO NOT CALL list!!!
