Who called from 4085827023

I got this call today.  When I tried calling back, the verizon message thing came on saying call could not be completed.  They called twice already.

Just got the call too and no one answers.

Got this call twice today.  Hung up both times, when I called them back, I got a voice mail message for Angela Russell  ?????

Angela Russell just called back, it is not even the same number that keeps calling so when you try to call the number back, it goes to some random number.
