Called @10:00am PST. Did not answer. No message. CID=VOIP CALLER

CallerID: VOIP CALLER; this was Ms Bailey from RCI; I am not a member of RCI, but Ms Bailey  REFUSED to remove my phone number from her calling list, even after I told her that she was violating the Federal DO NOT CALL list

These lowlifes called TWICE before 830 Sunday AM. Looks like a local area code but probably spoofed since they can't figure out what time it is in that local area.
Didn't answer of course since I didn't recognize the number.

Called my DNC home line. No message. Blocked the number.
