Just got a similar call from 408-520-0981, both solar/energy telemarketers. Obviously not using the Do Not Call Registry where I am listed or they wouldn't have called my cell phone.
Called a couple minutes ago. Nobody spoke when I said hello, I heard them hang up, but I used my call blocker's program codes to add the number to the blocked caller list.
