Called @ 8:26 am, no message left.

Don't answer.  Person called with a possibly Filipino accent asking for the home owner.  They would not respond to why they were calling and just kept asking the same question over and over again.  I hung up.

Claimed they are calling from PG&E, asking for home owner about the electricity bill, then I hung up
