Landline caller ID showed "GO GREEN EDUCAT" but no messages on the voce mail, which indicates that this is, again, one of the TOO MANY I-D-10-T scammers. I blocked this number, so the caller won't get through, anymore.
I received a call from (408) 618-5136 claiming to be a call from GO GREEN EDUCATION. I did not answer it, because I am not interested in what they have to sell me. However, once their message is left, I realize that is a call from the same company that has called me from a 707 number. These calls are regarding Solar Energy and going solar while the Government is still subsidizing it. I have told the people that call from the 707 number that I am not interested and have asked them to remove me from their list. i informed them that I am on the "Do Not Call" list, which clearly is fruitless. When they called from the 707 and I accidentally answered it, there was a lull and then a person comes on (if I don't answer it, it goes to a recorded message). Anyway, the human starts out as though you have made an appointment with them. When you cut them off and tell them they have the wrong party, they refer to you by name. I have recently changed my last name (six years ago) when I got divorced, so when they refer to me by my married name, I know they are full of garbage. I then tell them to remove me from the list and they hang up before you can finish and obviously, they rotate your number to another list to be called by someone else. I just wish they would leave me alone and stop wasting everyone's time. Whatever happened to "don't call me, I'll call you" when it comes to needing a service?
Caller ID says "South San Francisco Bay Area". No one who lives in the Bay Area calls it "South San Francisco Bay Area" - so the call has to be bogus. I do not answer calls from unfamiliar names, phone numbers, or just plain weird sounding geographical areas.
The caller left no message, which suggests that the call was not important. Unimportant = telemarketer call. I am blocking this number.

I am getting 2 to 3 calls at all hours from these clowns. I added the numbers to my contact
list with the name JUNK so when they call I don't pick up. I have a whistle now so the next time
they call I will answer and if a human is at the other end - well they will get an earful of whistle from me !!
