I just received a phone call, from this place with an automated voice telling me I could lower the rate on my credit card and to press 1 to talk to a "specialist" so I pressed 1....angrily...
A woman came on the line "Hi this is Credit Services (notice how they don't say for WHICH CARD) did you press 1 today to learn how to lower your interest rates?"
I said, "NO I PRESSED ONE TO GET YOU PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING ME AND TO REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING LIST."
