Screened an Unknown caller. No message left. Called number seconds after it hung up, and a male voice is heard with "the number you have dialed is unallocated" a couple of times...and then followed by a familiar--ie: operator?...female voice with "you have reached a number that is no longer in service, please try again." BLOCKED.
