This stupid company doesn't get no for an answer. They seem to enjoy calling my phone 1-2 times a day. Stupid eGain. Your CRM you use sucks and/or your rules setup for calling customers.
Same here. Called for some non-existant person. I told him there was no one here by that name and he kept on with it. He was like oh well he is the director of something and I said well I don't have him in my directory. I love when these companies swear they have the right information, and just because they say well he is the [insert title here] we will magically find them.
