i stupidly called them back. sounds like another collection agency trying to scam as i owe no one any money.
It was "personal business", but they would not tell me what it was unless i gave them my info

Same as the other comment, they claimed it was "important" but wanted me to verify my personal info; they may or may not have had my personal info. I think it's a scam 100%, be safe everyone.
