I answered on second ring.  Nothing heard.  They hung up.  Probably the usual contractor BS.  Blocked.

Calls frequently, When I pick up no one is on the line. If I do not pick up it (referring to unknown origin) does not leave a message. Get a life, do something creative.

left no message. While call them back it said the number has been changed to "UNKNOWN". spooky scam.

This number just called my work desk phone, I picked up on 1st ring, no one answer I said hello 3 times then they hung up on me.
