Up hung when I answered.

Same here 10 minutes ago. Rang twice and that was it. I didn't answer. No message left.

Phone rang twice & when I answered it, all I heard was a dial-tone.

Same here rang twice and hung up. It says Paging Phone CA and the phone number 408-651-8109. They have called more than once and it is always the same 2 rings no one on the line, no message.

Same thing.  Rings twice, answer, dial tone.
