Who called from 4086518130

I believe this may be at&t wireless. They have an 800# that shows up too. It is 800-380-1196

Called at work, long pause, then a click when they hung up.  No idea who it is, but when I called it back, I got a recorded message that said, "Thank you for calling back, if you do not want to take part in our promotion, and have your number removed from our list, please press 1."  Pressed 1 and heard "Thank you."  Then it hung up.
