This number definitely belongs to a scammer!
Ignore it and do not pick up.
Adopt a phone rule for yourself, do not pick up if:
you do not know the number calling you.
If your phone i.D. Suggests an 'unknown caller,
private caller or name withheld' do not pick up.
Legitimate businesses do not obscure their identity,
thet have no need to.
Only criminals and people you should not trust do that.
Phone screen displayed SAN MARTIN CA and this number. I didn't answer and no message was left. I'll use one of my few remaining blocks on it if it rings in again.
Based on the "sketchy guy" comment above as well as comments on other call-reporting sites this is just another scammer looking for bucks and possibly data that would be usable in identity theft.
CID is VOIP CALLER 408-657-4003. They hung up when answering machine picked up. A legitimate business would comply with the Do Not Call List and at the very least, leave a message. This caller did neither so on the Blocked Number list it goes !!
