Who called from 4086574008

Repeatedly called all night long. Answering machine answered and the "caller" left no message

multiple calls, no message. I'm going to block, it's getting annoying. Important callers leave messages.

They call multiple times each day, day after dsy. We don't answer. They never leave a message.

Got a call asking for my husband by full name.  Was a foreign accent, sounding like an asian male.  Can I speak with ______ _______ to which I replied, "no.  can I take a message?", to which he replied, "no thank you, no bother, goodbye".  He is now blocked, but as I was adding the number to be blocked, he was calling back!!!
