This is a number that was involved in a recent attempted scam to hijack my phone. They were saying that they were interested in buying something off a local ad and then would have someone pick it up after they mailed payment. Then they said they'd have someone call to set it up and that I'd have to enter a 2 digit code to be transferred to them. Red flag! After doing a quick Web search (after not answering) turns out it's a scam using Google to hijack your phone #. I suspect even this # is hijacked. If you get a call or text from this individual then make sure you don't follow their requests. Put the Scammers out of business!
