This same person continues to call and harrass me even though I have requested them to stop calling me. He does not understand English and speaks very little English. I told him I live in America and if he wants to talke to me he needs to speak English. He told me he lives in America and I need to learn to speak Spanish since that is his language. I told him to stop calling me and now he calls no less then 8 times a day.

Called me NINE TIMES yesterday! I never applied for a grant, so how could I be approved for one? Now this is where it gets weird: my grant is only $267.00! WTF?????
