Who called from 4086864854

robocall from   408-686-4854 caller ID said "S VETERAN CALL" on Thursday 07-16-15 @  225 PM

Phone rang 2 times answered Hello but no one answered. I said "Hello" a third time then heard a "blip sound".
A recorded males voice came on line talking about money for disabled veterans. What a SCAM
Asked the voice activated computer "are you a f****** computer?"
The computer answered "yes I am a person".
Told the computer "no, you are a -  m***** f***** computer"
The computer answered me "do I sound that bad?"
I then said to the computer "yeah you do and how many times did you do it with the f****** computer?
at that point (every time I get this type of voice activated computer) it disconnects.

Call came in on July 16, 2015, 4:09 PM MDT.  No name on caller ID.  Did not answer.  No message left.

Called 1:08 p.m. 07/21/15.  I answered.  They didn't.  I spoke a second time, could only hear a bit of static.  I will block the number.
