someone left a message from 408 701 9786 saying they were a detective of some sort, he was foreign.

I got two calls from this number this morning. the person's name was David Scott, claiming to be a representitive of American Law Offices. The guy hardly speaks a word of english. I had to listen to the message twice to figure out what he was saying. Supposedly someone has file a lawsuit against me and if i don't return their call something is going to happen to my social security card and I would be called into court.

Well i called the number back three times and all i get is an answering machine.

This Indian guy does not even know his own name. First voicemail I received he said his name was David. Second he hesitated and said his name was Scott.

my friend got a phone call (how these people got his number ?) saying i had committed a fraud and used my friend's name as a reference and he would be included in the lawsuit. does anybody have anymore info on these guys??? please reply [email protected]
