Who called from 4087035861

called at least 10 times today, about 2-3 times an hour.

This number called and called and never left a message or responded to live voices. I had to call back and go through the unidentified calling system (SanJose) to click 1 to be added to DNCall list. I am already on every DNC list the government and comcast has.

14 calls from this number so far today. Call number 14 just came in as i am typing this. Caller I.D. identifies it as 'local number'. call is coming from san jose (408) area code. i blocked the number so it just rings once now. calls just started today. crazy.....

Oct 29 2015 I have received 19 calls from 408-703-5861 btw 12:30pm-5:45pm. No one on the line.  Thanks for your feedback everyone.
