keep getting a calls from this number.  no sound,  

when calling back the number no dial tone

I got a call too at 3am here in Ohio! When I got up I tried calling this idiot to wake them and it didn't go through....?!

Just tried again and if you wait long enough an answer machine comes on. I left him a message and warned him I know where he lives and will report to the police if he calls again....... Just in case I'm going to block further calls from this number.

Called me, too. Definitely a spam. Probably from a computer. What can we do?
