Who called from 4087036531

This phone no. is affiliated with 310-8930391 and 209-642-7901. All 3 numbers call from the same place and leave 2-3 minute blank air time on your phone machine.
I have managed to take off the 'unknown caller' on my toll free incoming line thanks to my phone company here in Canada. Now the numbers show.Here's hoping I  can find 'abuse' in California for the phone lines and report this. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there something I can do to stop thes calls?

Yup, over the last few weeks I've gotten dozens of these types of calls - all different numbers but usually California, Oregon or Arizona area codes. I'm pretty annoyed as each one costs me.

Robot call - nothing but silence.

Yes, I got the same call.  Just silence.  They are calling my 877 business line.
