This number - 408-703-6786 - continually calls my phone, even though my number is on the Do Not Call Registry.  I was called 6 times last night starting at midnight!  Other times the calls have started at 4:00 AM.  This is so ridiculous!  These calls come in at all hours of the day or night and there is no one on the other end when answered.  I have found many other complaints on other websites about this number describing the exact same behavior.  This is harassment!  
What agency has authority to stop this?
