Men and women with accents phoned several times today for the same person, who I repeatedly told them doesn't work at this location.  Since they were obviously from a call center and he's with IT, it was easy to figure out what they wanted.  Despite the fact they must have been sitting in the same room, they clearly weren't sharing information.
