Recruiting agency. The guy called me and when I said I wasn't open right now he just slammed the phone down. Very rude. Did not speak fluent English, likely from India.

Called and left a message, after listening to the message 3x I am still unable to determine what the call is regarding. His accent was very thick and there was considerable background noise.

Has called multiple times, always asks to speak to someone who doesn't work here, and then insists on talking to a manager.  Extremely rude, very strong accent, barely able to understand 1 word in 3.  He's a recruiter, mostly like in a call center - lots of background noise.  My staff is on notice to simply not answer this number anymore.

This guy will just keep calling and calling until you block him or answer.  Very annoying and just for that fact, I will never do business with his company.

This is apparently some recruiter with bad manners.  He calls, but never bothers to leave a voicemail or send an email.  Here's his info:
