This number is a spoofed number belonging to National Recovery Associates (they have LOTS of phone numbers). Google their name and you will find many many complaints on consumer websites like BBB, RipoffReport, etc. They are a zombie debt collector (out of statute debt that cannot be collected through the court system) boiler room scam outfit based in New Jersey. They spoof numbers to make it appear the caller is local or near local in order to deceive the mark into picking up or (and this is what they hope) to call back. Once they have you online they use any/all deceptive statements and outright lies to try to get you to hand over your card #. Even a cursory search on this site will clearly illustrate these points. The only way to deal with these bottom feeding scum is to ignore them. They buy up out of statute debt for fractions of pennies on the dollar and will include the tel numbers in their predictive dialer software (google it) so once you are in, you're stuck. They often call tel #'s that have been recycled to new owners and hassle the new owners for decades old debt belonging to the previous owner of the tel number who is now long gone. Best to just block and forget.
