C.E.R.C. "Consumer Energy Reduction Council"  There is no such company.  Said they work for "ECHO" which might be a company in Fremont, CA.  Attempting to obtain information, said Obama has a way to save 80% on energy installations.  Couldn't get any details from them.
If it walks like a scam talks like a scam, it must be ....
I suspect it's more than telemarketing, is it some sort of criminal activity?
