It's the free cruise survey scam. Call back gets, "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for is now finished." There is no survey just some nonsense questions. You'll be offered a free something for completing the survey then asked for your credit card number. It's a SCAM. Block it. Here's a news report on it:

Cell phone, no message left. Who knows where it came from....blocked like all the rest. Thanks DC poliscum for the great job you do for us. Don't spend all that Verizon, AT&T, etc. kickback money all in one place. If you have to, you can wash it through the Clinton Foundation to make it all clean.
