This number has called me numerous times at random hours, always no voicemail. I have the same area code, same prefix, and I know it's a cell phone number. Since being deluged by spam/scam/robocalls--including from my same area code, I no longer pick up calls from any number (including my local area code) that I don't recognize & am not expecting a call from. This is one of them--it's Sunday evening, and this number is calling. I know it's got to be spam/scam/robocall because if it were someone I know, or something important, that person would have left a voicemail for me to return the call. Yet this number has called at least 5 times at various times over a 1 month period, and no voicemail. Time to block them.
