These non-english speaking people who are continuing to call my daughters cell, my previous employers work, threatening to have me arrested, physically come get me at work, blah...blah.
I once applied for a quick cash advance, and am positive this is how these scams are starting....
These applications are being sold to these idoits who are now calling every number i may have used as a character reference!! These people need to be stopped!!!!

Go to white pages, reverce look up the number, it will atleast give you a county and state, then call the local sheriffs office and report the abuse!!!
