I asked who was calling, and the response was this is just a thank you call, I can call back at a better time. I asked who she was with and she said "This is Medallion". We don't know what Medallion is.

Bad, bad, bad. Some guy asking for the owner. I said I could help him. He tried to say he would call back and I said, no, please take us off the call list.
"Oh, I would have to let you talk to my supervisor"....
