BCR was all the guy would say - I asked function / purpose and for a full spelling of the company - when querying as to why these people kept calling my cell phone I was asked WHAT MY PROBLEM IS....  It's bad enough that these people call repetitively and leave NO message and when I do try to pick up the call there is no response but then on top of that to take time out of my day to call back and to be treated rudely is just unbelieveable.  Is this harassment and if so, what for?
