I didn't receive a voicemail, but the note from Debbie (above) matches an email that I just received from Mission College about the entire campus being on lockdown due to a law enforcement emergency.
I keep getting a message about a shooter on the Mission College campus from this number. I looked up the college website and there is no alerts there. I think it is a hoax. They left me 3 messages.
