Who called from 4087550000

I got that same message today.

Robot left message to fill out forms they sent weeks ago. They did not identify themselves which leads me to believe it's bogus.

They informed me I have a package of forms to fill out and return which was sent to me a few days ago. Called my landline

It was an automated call from social services with an automated message with information.
I would imagine there are different messages depending on each persons situation. I was not asked to fill out forms etc.

A recorded message about locations to feed the children since school is out.
