Cannot find a listing for this number anywhere helpful. Clearly a call center. VERY heavy South Asian accent was incredibly difficult to decipher and I'm fairly good with accents. Asked to speak with the company president. Refused to clarify what the call was regarding, despite being asked twice. After mentioning that our policy is to only transfer calls with that information and again asking what it was in regards to he hung up on me.
They said it was Coding Brain. Coding as in computer and Brain as in what is in our head (their wording). They said the call was regarding e-commerce, web design, and development. They asked to speak with the president using his name and his direct number.
This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a physical address or phone number when asked. They are calling marketing their web design and development and app development services as an overseas outsourcer. This is clearly a scam, as a legitimate outsourcer would use legitimate and above the board methods to market and find clients. Do not provide this scammer any information.
