Yet another spammer/scammer

Repeated calls using this and other numbers.  Claims to be "Design Center Builders" (a general contractor) offering quotes on home improvements, roofing, etc.  They hang up if you ask for their California Business License number.

Called and left no message.  Also called and left no message 2 days ago.

This is a "remodeling contractor". No web page, Refused to give out a contractors lic #. Hung up on me. Clearly this is a scam.
