Just callled me with the same bogus message as above. Here is the voicemail I received in text.
"Journal revenue service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 408-775-5509. I repeat 408-775-5509. Thank you."
Same exactly happened to asking me to spell my full name !
So I said before I give my personal info why don't you give me yours fist SCAMMERS!!! She right away hanged up the phone.
Just received the same message as above stating that from IRS and a final attempt to contact for lawsuit filing against you from IRS call immediately on department number 408-775-5509 and repeated number
they left message read as:
