Try letting your phones ring with no kind of an answer and see if that doesn't cut back on the junk call volume. Don't waste time telling these thieves not to call, that's a language they don't understand and it often prompts stupidity, and obscene remarks. Fundraisers, as awful as they are, aren't covered by the list, and without peddling bogus services, sales, etc.,. they have no reason to call. If blocking doesn't work, don't answer mystery calls at all.
