Left a message about an overdue account.

Got a call from this number from "Bob".  He said the call was concerning my grandson.  He knew my grandson's name.  Didn't mention that it was a debt collection agency.

I got a call concerning my son from Bob wanting me to call him back. I called back to find out it is a collection agency tricking me into calling by using my son's name. How low can you go?

That is pretty low.

They also use 408-792-4785.

Doesn't matter if  you owe or not, they're not going to stop calling you  for a long, long time.
