George is right. This is the call back service through WebEx teleconferencing. If you or your spouse has joined any teleconferencing meetings hosted by WebEx, it calls the phone number you enter from the closest call center to connect you to the meeting audio. It is not a robocall from a collector. The only way I know of that you would receive a phone charge is if you received the connection call from Webex (from a location not local to your toll free phone location), answered it, pressed "1" on your phone to join the meeting and stayed on the line. Not sure how else you could get a toll charge unless you have an answering machine that picked up the connection call and stayed on until the meeting ended without actually joining the meeting.
Every month we got a charge from this phone number. It is about an hour and cost a lot.
Noobody in our family do not use this number. All calls are at night hours.
