Same for me. Blocked. I call back and this idiot answered an annonymous call. He said his name is Steve Smith. I asked where wus ya born Steve Smith? (as in the Cheech and Chong movie) He then said Steve Shmid. OK Steve Shmid where were YOU born? He couldn'd give me a place. I said I bet it wasn't east LA you [***] and of course he hung up. Such a heavy Indian accent it was hard to figure him out.
The police don't care in the least bit. They should tell you that instead of saying they will follow up. How can they? It will be a spoofed number from a caller in India. Did you get a report number from the cops? Call them back for a update and see where that gets ya. The cops hate this as much as you do as it takes their time to talk to you and they have no way to do anything about it.
