Who called from 4088063366

This person keeps calling at early hours of the morning. He insist that I placed an ad on craigs list. I told him repeatly that I had not. He keeps calling my number and he sends derogatory text messages.

Text him back and inform him that if you receive one more text/call on your cell phone, you are reporting him to the FCC.

That was all it took, to stop harassing phone calls to my cell phone.
